The Usmanu Danfodiyo University(UDU), Sokoto has fixed Wednesday, September 27th, 2017 as date for reopening of the institution for full academic activities.
The development according to the university authorities is sequel to the suspension of strikes by all the university’s staff union.
In a statement issued Monday evening by the management of the university, second semester examination will continue as from Tuesday, 3rd October, 2017.
The statement therefore added” this is to inform all students of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto that sequel to the suspension of strikes by the university staff unions, the university will reopen on Wednesday, 27th of September 2017 and second semester examinations will continue as from Tuesday,3rd October, 2017.”
