The Flying Eagles of Nigeria revived their FIFA U-20 World Cup campaign in style, beating Saudi Arabia 3–2 in a dramatic Group F encounter.

Captain Daniel Bameyi was the hero, converting a stoppage-time penalty to seal victory after a tense end-to-end battle.
Nigeria had earlier taken the lead through Nasiru Salihu and Amos Ochoche, but Saudi Arabia twice drew level. The late penalty now keeps Nigeria’s hopes alive in the tournament.
Coach Aliyu Zubairu praised his boys’ resilience, saying the team showed the true Nigerian spirit of never giving up.
