Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (budget: N8.9 billion) per capita is N940; while the sector capital expenditure (N6.4 billion) is N674.
Ministry of Internal Security & Home Affairs (budget: N8.5 billion) per capita is N898; while the sector capital expenditure (N4.2 billion) is N441.
Ministry of Human Services (budget: N4.0 billion) per capita is N424; while the sector capital expenditure (N689 million) is N72.
Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology (budget: N1.7 billion) is N188; while the sector capital expenditure (N1.2 billion) is N129.
Agriculture (budget: N1.4 billion) per capita is N156; while the sector capital expenditure (N750 million) is N79.
