This significant proposal comes as the ASUU leadership prepares to return to the negotiation table with the Federal Government’s delegation, which is headed by Yayale Ahmed.
The union’s decision to resume talks follows a consensus reached during its National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held in Abuja on Sunday.
Branch leaders who attended the pivotal meeting are now expected to communicate this development, including the details of the proposed salary increase, to their members across the country.
