The international organisation for migration has partnered with the Kaduna International film festival.

The vice chairman of the Nigerian cultural and film association, Israel Kashim Audu disclosed this ahead of the festival Themed: Cinema and cultural exchange which began on 27th August and to end on the 31st August, 2024.
The deputy cheif of mission, IOM Nigeria, Paola Pace said the partnership aims to encourage young people in the creative industry to express their voice and narrate northern Nigeria, Africa to the rest of the world.
She added that the creative industry through producing of short films on counter trafficking, violence, substance abuse and others will also serve as a tool to address these social issues.
The Kaduna International film festival (KADIFF) is the first international film festival in Northern Nigeria with a mission to bring together filmmakers and film enthusiasts from around the world to celebrate and promote the art of filmmaking in Kaduna State.
