The prestige friendly, according to SCORE Nigeria, will be held in Argentina.
A date is, however, yet to be picked for the encounter. The FIFA friendly window is scheduled for March 18 and 28.
The game will prepare the Super Eagles for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and the Republic of Benin in June.
It will be the eighth meeting between both countries.
Los Albiceleste have defeated the Super Eagles six times, including five times at the World Cup: 1994, 2002, 2010, 2014 and 2018.
The Super Eagles have recorded only one win against the South Americans.
