One of the presidential aspirants under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal and Governor of Sokoto state stormed Kaduna Thursday and promised to provide purposeful and visionary leadership that will unite the country.
Tambuwal, who addressed PDP supporters and delegates at the Kaduna State party Secretariat, explained need for delegates to elect the right leader with right vision .
While assuring Nigerians of changing face of governance if voted , Tambuwal also disclosed how he intends to promote good governance, transparency and rule of law.
” If given the mandate ,my administration would be committed to the development of science and technology in Nigeria.We shall promote wealth creation and ensure a robust economy”,he stated.
Tambuwal ,who said Kaduna is home to him and remains a top centre of politics in Nigeria further stressed , “Kaduna is a top place for politics in Nigeria and the capital of Northern Nigeria. Though you have a candidate from here who is one of the leaders if our party, but I am here to campaign but to exchange pleasantries with you.

Chairman of Kaduna State PDP, Honourable Felix Hassan Hyet said that everybody from the North looking for presidency is accepted by Kaduna.
” We want to tell you that we don’t discriminate candidates. You are our own and we would ensure that we support you.
” Just last week, during the gubernatorial primaries of Kaduna State, we had 10 aspirants. We assured them of justice and it was held free and fair and no petition has come up.
“We appeal to the national to ensure a free and fair.
” After they emerge, campaigns would no longer be for the candidates ,but the party which will go from door-to-door to campaign
