The revalidation of Community Development Charter (CDC) framework by Kaduna State government and partners held at the Planning and Budget Commission on Monday 16 May, 2022.
Agenda of the community development charter was presented for Validation and Bashir Muhammad, Director General, Bureau of Public Service Reform, Kaduna State.
Hadiza Umar, OGP Co-Chair and Abel Adejor, Lead, Partnership to Engage Reform and Learn (PERL), signed the Agenda for validation.
The CDC is a written document containing the needs of the community listed in order of communal priority as agreed by all groups within the community .
The CDC wants budget inclusion.
