The Super Eagles of Nigeria have arrived in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Eagles spent Tuesday night in Lagos following their arrival from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
They spent one week in Abu Dhabi and engaged in two friendlies against local club Al Gharib and Guinea.
They team were also hosted to a send forth dinner by Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday night.
The players and their officials left the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Wednesday morning.
The team dressed in the national colors could be seen cheerful as they were received by the welcome party at the airport.
Nigeria has been placed in Group A alongside hosts Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea Bissau.
