Evangelist Mrs. Jane Mmerechi Ekubo-Okwaraeke, the mother of the late Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo, has shared a deeply emotional tribute to her son following his recent burial in Arochukwu, Abia State.

The late 40-year-old actor, who passed away on May 11, 2026, following a courageous battle with advanced metastatic kidney cancer, is survived by his mother and his wife, Anwuli.
