Nasarawa State First Lady, Hajiya Silifat Abdullahi Sule calls on women in the state to register and obtain their APC membership card.
The First Lady made the call shortly after revalidating and obtaining her membership card of the All Progressive Congress, APC at the flag-off of the exercise by Governor Abdullahi A. Sule at the Emir’s palace in Gudi Akwanga Local Government on Tuesday.
Silifat Sule stressed that for women to participate in political processes of selecting leaders and vying for public offices.
She added the that ‘for anyone to accord support to President Muhammadu Buhari and Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule you must first have your APC membership card.
Silifat Sule then appealed for more peace among the diverse ethnic, religious and political divides.
