President Muhammadu Buhari has said that his administration has invested heavily on road and rail lines infrastructure with a view to easing business across the country.

The President also expressed optimism that the Abuja-Kaduna- Kano gas pipeline project when completed, would greatly impact as well enhance business activities thus provide favourable atmosphere for that would boost the desired vision of the manufacturing sector which in turn will create jobs for the teaming populace.
According to Buhari” today’s commissioning of this multi million dollar BUA cement manufacturing plant is a clear demonstration that the federal government responsive policy of economic diversification is working. “
However, the President urged the public and private sectors to collaborate with a view to advancing the country to the desired level of economic prosperity as well provide employment.
He said the federal government would continue to pursue and implement all it’s policies legally, ethically and with all inclusiveness for the country to prosper.
The President stressed that he would continue to remain committed to bringing sustainable peace and stability to all parts of the country.
In his remarks, Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal pledged to create the enabling environment and provide all necessary support for companies and individuals wishing to establish industries or other viable ventures in the state.
He said the state government would provide land and tax relief to those wishing to venture in to manufacturing in the state, adding that the state is endowed with abundance mineral resources waiting to be harnessed.
Accordingly, Tambuwàl commended BUA group for placing the state in the global Map, while thanking the group for the 2.5 million naira support to the state.
Also speaking, the chairman BUA group Alhaji Abdussamad Isiyaka Rabiu said the group would continue to invest in the cement manufacturing until it became affordable to all parts of the country.
He said ninety eight percent of it’s raw materials were sourced locally, while disclosing that the company was committed to environmental sustainability as all its plant were hundred percent run by liquefied natural gas.
Rabiu who said BUA remain positioned as the largest private sector employer of labour in the northwest also pledged to support president Buhari in his efforts to diversify nation’s economy.
