The best-selling Canadian artist of all time and Ā “Queen of Power Ballads”, Celine Dion has cancelled her Courage world tour as she continues to battle with a neurological disorder.
Neurological disorders are medically defined as disorders that affect the brain as well as the nerves found throughout the human body and the spinal cord.
The 55-year-old publicly announced in December that she had been diagnosed with the disorder known as Stiff Person Syndrome.
On Friday, Celine posted an image of her cancelled tour dates on Instagram with a bilingual caption in English and French saying āit is with tremendous disappointment that we have to announce today the cancellation of the courage world tourā.
She apologized to her fans and promised to refund purchased tickets adding that sheās āworking really hard to build back her strength.ā
āItās not fair to you to keep postponing the shows, and even though it breaks my heart, itās best that we cancel everything now until Iām really ready to be back on stage again.
āI want you all to know, Iām not giving upā¦ and I canāt wait to see you again!ā
