Christian Media Forum Mourns the Tragic Demise of Reverend Ayuba Azzaman

The Christian Media Forum (CMF) has expressed deep shock and sadness over the tragic passing of Reverend Ayuba Azzaman, a well-known Kaduna-based preacher, whose sudden demise has left a significant void in the Christian community.

In a statement jointly signed by the President, Jacob Dickson, and National Secretary, Andrew Ibrahim Mshelia, the CMF described the death of Rev. Azzaman as both shocking and heartbreaking.

“Rev. Ayuba Azzaman’s voice was one that rang out clear and true, calling people to repentance and faith,” the statement read. “The news of his death has come to us as a rude shock, especially at a time when the Christian body and the nation need him the most.”

Rev. Azzaman, widely known for his boldness in speaking truth to power, was described as an unwavering man of God, committed to spreading the Gospel and standing up for what is right. His departure, the CMF noted, leaves a void that will be difficult to fill.

“This is a huge loss to the Christian community, and we are still trying to come to terms with the enormity of it,” the statement continued. “We pray that God will grant us the strength to bear this loss and that His will be done.”

The CMF extended heartfelt condolences to Rev. Azzaman’s immediate family, friends, church members, and the people of Kaduna State, praying for comfort and peace during this difficult time.

“We pray that God’s presence will be felt among them and that they will continue to stand strong in the faith,” the statement added.

The CMF further expressed hope that Rev. Azzaman’s legacy will inspire a new generation of Christians to stand for truth and righteousness, pledging to continue his mission by speaking truth to power and advocating for what is right.

“As we mourn the loss of this great man of God, we take comfort in the knowledge that he has gone to a better place. We pray that God will grant him eternal rest and that his soul will find peace,” the statement said.

“May Rev. Ayuba Azzaman’s memory be eternal, and may his legacy inspire many to carry on the mantle of faith, courage, and truth.”
