The fresh bail ruling, delivered by Justice Rahman Oshodi, variation of an earlier ₦10 million bail condition, comes amidst her ongoing trial for an alleged ₦69.15 million property fraud. The court ordered the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to enforce travel restrictions against her pending the determination of the suit.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Blessing CEO on June 9, 2026, on a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money under false pretences and stealing. The anti-graft agency alleged that she fraudulently obtained ₦69,150,000 from Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited under the guise of securing a property lease in the Lekki area of Lagos in March 2025.

Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Under the terms of the new bail, Justice Oshodi directed that her two sureties must provide three-year proofs of deposits valued at ₦20 million each. The court subsequently adjourned the matter until October 12, 2026, for the continuation of trial.
