The Chairman of DAAR Communication Chief Raymond Dokpesi has dragged the the Federal Government to court .
The media mogul who is claiming the sum of 5 billion for damages claimed that the minister of information Lai Muhammad last month released a list called the ‘looters’ list which included his name and also forwarded it to the American Embassy in Nigeria .
According to the chief , the US Embassy have refused to grant him visa based on the list provided to it by Lai Muhammed .
It could be recalled that Chief Dokpesi was arrested on allegations that he benefited from the 2.1 billion USD Dasukigate scandal .However , he denied all the allegations and was granted bail by an Abuja high court .
