Ekweremadu: Attackers Face Deportation To Nigeria

The members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that participated in the attack on former President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, in Germany on Saturday may soon be returned back to Nigeria.

It was gathered that their action ran afoul of the laws of Germany with regards to aliens status thus they are to face deportation for their violent act against a Nigerian public official.

This is just as Forefront News gathered that Senator Ekweremadu whose clothes were torn due to his being rough handled and pelted with eggs before he was narrowly whisked away from the venue of th attack, is still in Germany as at Sunday’s evening.

Information pieced together point to the direction that the violent IPOB members have been identified and billed for immediate deportation.

This is just as it was gathered that the German police carried out due diligence in ensuring that those that participated in the act were rounded up which led to the arrest of not less than 10 of the IPOB members.

It was also gathered that the German government had earlier planned to deport some Nigerians before the attack on Senator Ekweremadu by IPOB members.
