Enyimba head coach George Finidi is not hiding his disappointment after his side were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Akwa United.
The eight-time champions were looking to record their second win of the campaign after beating Nasarawa United 2-1 on the opening day.
But Akwa United put up a strong fight in the game.Chibuike Nwaiwu and Chijoke Mbaoma wasted good chances for the Aba giants.
Finidi was left to rue the missed chances in the keenly contested encounter.
He said they allowed Awka to outplay them in the first half but changed things after the break and That should have been their approach from the beginning and is not happy with the one point they got from the game but it is a lesson for them. DAILY POST
