The event initially planned to be low key turned out to be a beehive of celebrities. Stars such as the legendary Reggae Icon King Wadada, Nollywood sexy diva Amb. Halima Abubakar, Amb Cornell Udofia,top movie director and producers Akan Achibong, Steve Akpos ; CEO of Nollyfans Awards and the Gospel Live Concert; Nollywood producer, Chief Louis Osojie;Queen ABG; Flexy famous director from the north;Nollywood Actress and producer of the skits Barkay Barkay, Niran events consultant, top Journalists from The Sun Newspaper, Bottomline Tv, Champion Newspaper, Eventnews Africa etc were present to grace the occassion.
Halima Abubakar, Amb Cornell Udofia, Barkay Barkay, Christie, Chief Osojie and other guests spent quality time playing with the children at the orphanage.
The highlight of the event was the amazing music performance of King Wadada, Queen ABG, Soja Boy and Gentle Prince.
The event took another turn when director Akan Achibong publicly announced to voluntarily not only shoot the video of young rising artiste Soja Boy but to also promote it on soundcity, hiptv, etc as he was blown away by his amazing performance. Indeed Jane was not only a blessing to the orphans and less privilege on the 11th May 2019 but also a source of blessing to Soja boy as her birthday brings about a remarkable experience which will in turn shape his destiny.
Jane in her closing remark said, “ I return all the glory to Almighty to the giver of life who made this possible”. She thanked Amb Cornell Udofia specially for adding colour to the event as he personally anchored the event in celebration of his protege Jane. She also thanked King Wadada who came to honour her with his presence and his performance, also the musical Taliban Oritsefemi who hosted them at his Lekki phase 1 mansion prior to the party and her younger sister Juliet Maigamu who flew all the way from abuja and every one present and every one who volunteered to support the vision in their little.
The event ended with the cutting of cake by the celebrant JT.Rogers and presentation of gifts such as bag of rice, cartons of Indomie, toiletries to Heritage Orphanage Homes.
