Jaba LGA Chairman marks 100 days in office

…. Bags best performing chairman award.

Citizen’s Right & Leadership Awareness Initiative has identified Hon. Benjamin Jock, chairman Jaba local government council as the best performing chairman in 100 days after swearing-in in Kaduna state.

When presenting the Merit Award the representative of the Country Director and Managing Editor of Procyon Media, Agbon Ehis, said that the reason for the award to the Jaba LGA chairman can not be far fetched as he was able to execute 35 quality projects in just 100 days where some states can not boast of same in 100 days.

In accepting the award, Hon Benjamin Jock, appreciated God for the success archived so far and said “it woundnt have been possible without the support of the executive governor of Kaduna state , Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, and the good people of Jaba LGA”

“The executive governor gave us free hand to work without which we would not have been able to archive all of these and because our funds come directly to us”

The traditional institution was represented by the Kpop Ham, HRH Dr. Danladi Gyet Maude. The royal father who commended the LGA Chairman for doing so much in a short time prayed for his success in office.

The award which was presented to the chairman at a reception to mark his 100 days in office , held at theTunga Nok Primary school, Jaba LGA, Kaduna state, was widely attended by a cross section of politicians across the state.

Among those present were the Kagarko LGA chairman, Hon. Nasara A. Rabo, who said that Hon. Benjamin Jock, though new in office, has been able to galvanize the support of all members of the local government area.

Others present are Chairmen of other local government areas, representative of the state house of assembly, councillors and their wives, youths organizations and civil society among others.
