Residents and Citizens of Kaduna have been called to embrace the first ever Kaduna International Housing exhibition tagged 1.0 because of it immense benefits for everyone in the state.

Director Events for the programme, Joshua James made this known in a global press conferene to herald the event slated for July, which he believes is the carrot approach in solving housing deficit problems and give it a legislative backing.
James noted that the two day event on July 1st and 2nd is the gate way for more investors into the state through the giant strides of the brain behind the project; kaduna State Development and Property Company.
He added that the coming of the event is a testament to Kaduna always leading the pace in the north, a game changer across the country.
Mr James expressed gratitude to the Honourable Commissioner, Permanent Secretary, Directors in the Ministry of Housing and Urban development for their guidiance as they walked through the planning process and appreciated sister agencies like KADDIPA, KEPA, KADGIS, Ministry of Business Innovation for their massive contributions.
