Brushing your teeth before sleeping at night has been described as a healthy practice with long lasting health benefit.
This assertion was made by Dr Shuaibu of St Gerald Catholic Hospital, in a chat with Procyon Radio and TV in Kaduna over the weekend on the World Oral Health Day 2024 celebration.
He said the hospital, this year, would be providing a 30% discount starting from on the 20th to 27th of March for the following Dental Services
1- Calling and Polishing (that is washing of the mouth)
2- Dental fillings of tooth holes/decay
3- Extraction/Removal of Teeth.
These services will be available at the Dental Department at Gerald Catholic Hospital Kaduna from 8:30am to 3pm.
World Oral Health Day is a global event that aims to help reduce the burden of oral diseases, which affect individuals as well as the health systems and economies.
