… Says she’s coming with experience , integrity , leadership skills , etc
The National Secretary aspirant for December 9th 2017, PDP National Convention Sen.Nenadi Usman was at the PDP National Headquarters (Wadata Plaza ), Abuja where she submitted her expression of interest form .
The Kaduna born former classroom teacher arrived the party headquarters at 12:6pm with some of her supporters for the purpose of submitting her form , went on to inform the party faithful at the party hall, that she is coming with qualities that will help the party in a time like this .
According to the former Minister of Finance , ” I started from a humble background as a classroom teacher in my state and later a commissioner . At Federal level , I was a former Minister and also Senator of the Federal Republic .” she said .
The former director of finance for PDP Presidential campaign organization , Sen Usman went on to say that all the positions she had occupied and previous experiences over the years has prepared her better to be of great value for PDP as the National Secretary .
According to her
” What am coming with are qualities that will help and unite this party and I urge everyone to bring his or her ideas so we can move the party forward ” .
Mrs. Nenadi Usman later advised all the party faithful not to see the election of the party offices as a do or die affairs .
” We must not see this contest as a do or die ,but as a healthy contest of brothers and sisters in their quest to move their family forward ” .
Sen.Usman , also stated that the party has shown it has the capacity to provide credible alternative so far and went on to thank the members of the party for their behaviour especially members of National Caretaker Committee of the party for running an all inclusive party administration for every members .
” today our dear party is now representing the true party of the people in all her conducts and one must not fail to appreciate the role the National Caretaker Committee of the party is playing in this regard ” She said
All eyes are now on PDP as they head to National Convention on 9th December, 2017 .
This is the first time in the history of Nigeria politics that a Major Political Party is having a woman with such qualities of Sen Nenadi Usman contesting for the office of the National Secretary of the Party .
