President Bola Tinubu has approved the strategic deployment of three ambassador-designates to represent Nigeria in France, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

In a statement released on Thursday by presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga, it was confirmed that Ambassador Ayodele Oke has been assigned to the mission in France, while Colonel Lateef Are will serve as the envoy to the United States.
Additionally, Ambassador Amin Dalhatu has been appointed as the High Commissioner-designate to the United Kingdom.
These high-level appointments have been formally communicated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate the transition and commencement of their diplomatic duties in these key global capitals.
