Women are great. They have uncommon attributes that make them excel and unique in their day to day activities.
Today, globally, the 8th of March has been set aside to celebrate their strengths and their weaknesses.
Treat our women with respect and candour. Give them the opportunity to exhibit their talents. They are not weaker vessels. They can perform better if given the space and the chance.
The theme for this year’s International Women Day Celebration is BREAKING THE BIAS AND BUILD A GENDER EQUALITY FUTURE. Let’s support them in their quest to be well represented to lead.
For women to succeed and excel in society, they must come together as a team, they must shun unhealthy rivalry among themselves. Unity must be their watchword.
Until women learn not to pull each other down when climbing the ladder of success, there will not be anything called Gender Equal Future.
Stop blaming men for your woes and failures. If you don’t give them a chance , they will not interfere in your activities.
Women must first see themselves as an indivisible force before any meaningful thing can be achieved.
Indeed their Gender is their Strength, that is when they use it wisely.
