The Sokoto state chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, says it will focus on key mobilisers to canvass support for party’s victory in the state .
Speaking on Thursday during local government stakeholders meeting of the party which entered it second day, Bello Aliyu Goronyo, PDP chairman in the state said the party was working out a more responsive strategy that would forge its desire for victory.
According to him ” all relevant stakeholders particularly leaders who are drivers and mobilisers of support at the grassroots are actively carried along.
” We want to strengthen the journey with committed minds as a strategy “, he emphasised.
He explained that the essence of the interface with members and party leaders at the grassroots was to brace up and improve on winning strategies .
Earlier, the deputy Director General , Filed Operations of the state campaign council , Alhaji Muntari Maigona said the initiative would further deepen the party’s resolve to address burning issues with a view to uniting members for the common objective of winning the 2023 polls across all levels.
” I urge those in this meeting to be free to voice out problems disturbing their respective areas to enable us proffer solutions .”
