Guinea secured their spot after a 3-0 home win in the second leg, following a convincing 5-2 triumph in the first leg played earlier this month.
The Flamingos, who earned a first-round bye as the highest-ranked team on the continent, are set to begin their qualifying campaign under newly appointed head coach Akeem Busari.
The first leg of the encounter is scheduled for the weekend of May 22–24, with Guinea hosting, while the return fixture will take place in Nigeria on Saturday, May 30.
The winner of this tie will advance to the third and final qualifying round in July to compete for one of Africa’s tickets to the global tournament in Morocco.
