The Arewa Online Media Team For Udom has congratulated His Excellency, Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Deacon Udom Gabriel Emmanuel for emerging victorious at the last March 9, 2019 governorship election in the state and the subsequent swearing in for a second term in office.
This was contained in a letter addressed to him, jointly signed by its Coordinator, May Etim and Secretary, Femi Adi, made available to Procyon News today May 29, 2019.
“Your Excellency, It is indisputable that your victory at the election came as a result of your exemplary leadership and quality representation which has transformed the state in the last four years of your stewardship.
“Sir, your landmark achievement in education, health, infrastructure and other sectors have shown that you are a man of the people who has the interest of the common man at heart,” it stated.
The AREWA Online Media Team For Udom used this medium to wish him a successful second tenure of office.
“Going by Your Excellency’s antecedents in the last four years of steering the state affairs, we have the ardent believe that you will use your wealth of experience to deepen the foundation of good governance you have laid down.
“With your performances and selfless leadership of providing good governance to Akwaibomites, your name has continued to ring a bell beyond the shores of the state,” it stressed.
The group however, said that it was on this account that the Arewa Online Media they urge him not to relent in the struggle to place the state amongst the leading economies in the world.
“As we pledge our support for your administration, we appeal to citizens of the state to give their maximum support and cooperation to Your Excellency.
“We look forward to a better working relationship as you steer the affairs of the state in this coming tenure,” it concluded.
