The Management of CMC has announced that the Annual Africa Awards for this year will be coming up on Sunday, August 25, 2019.
According to a release from the organization, the event themed, ” Galvanizing New Frame Work in Tackling Security Challenges” would be held at Kingscelia Hotel and Event Centre at No 8, Idowu Street Opposite Nupeng Office, Jibowu, Lagos. Starting from 4 pm.
They also indicated that the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-olu; the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel; the Apapa Military Officer, Lagos State, Brig. Gen. Peter Ekpeyong and Kano State Police Commissioner, CP. Ahmmed Iliyasu would be Special Guests of Honour at the epoch event.
Guests of honour also include the Lagos State Police Commissioner, CP. Zubairu Muazu; the Editor- In- Chief of Peoples Memory Urban, Paris Sanusi; CEO, Biscon TV and Legendary Broadcaster, Prince Adebisi Olatilo, Head of the IGP intelligence team, DCP Abbah Kyari and Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, StarTrend Int’l magazine among others.
They went further to state that the assistant Controller General of Prison, Abuja, Mr. Tunde Ladipo; Chief Correspondent of Guadian Newspaper, CRAN President Mr. Odita Sunday and host of others would be the event Special Guests.
Amongst the Chief host is the Gospel Minister and Nollywood Actor Ngozi Orji; the Commander of Lagos RRS, DCP Tunji Disu, CEO, Don Sylvester records, Chief Don Sylvester and Nasir Rahmon Olarenwaju who is the UBA Head of External Affiars ; while the host is the founder/Chief Executive Officer of CMC Gladiator of Repute and Cornell Entertainment, Ambassador Cornell Udofia.
