The Graffiti Basketball and Music show popularly known as GBAM recorded a great height on Friday, 17 December, creating a platform for capacity building and youth empowerment in Kaduna State.
Speaking with newsmen on the sidelines of the event the Convener, Major Morpheus Idoko, said the movement was an offshoot from his radio programme which seeks to propagate and project Hip Pop culture in Nigeria and the synergy of basketball and music.
Some of the basketball players and coaches express their joy for the privilege given to them to showcase their talents to the world, as this will create an avenue for better opportunities.
The event which had a very rich lineup of musical performances from within and outside Kaduna State thrilled the participants while giving an opportunity to up coming artistes who expressed gratitude for the privilege as they always look forward to the exclusive event that comes only once a year.
The Graffiti Basketball and Music (GBAM) is a yearly event for creatives to showcase their skills.
