Happy New Year to all members of Nigeria Union of Journalists Kaduna State Council.
I want to use this avenue to appreciate each and everyone of you, for all your support and cooperation to the former and the present executive members of this great union.
NUJ Kaduna witnessed alot of challenges in 2018 but due to your commitments towards the coucil everything now was a history.
Let me use this opportunity to thank our Zonal Vice President, Comrade Yusuf Idris, the Zonal Secretary, former Vice Chairman Comrade Z. Jatau, Former Secretary Idris Doka, Assistant Secretary Zango Jacob and former Treasurer Mustapha Saye for their unalloyed support to the council.
I w also like to appreciate Former Chairperson NAWOJ, Comrade Juliet, the Chairman SWAN Comrade Benjamin JP, and the present NAWOJ Chairperson Fatima Aliyu and her team.
We appreciate the the former Chairman credentials committee Dominic Uzu and his members for organising one of the best election in the history of the council.
Chairman PCMC Elder Tajudeen Tijanni Ajibade, Former Chairman Elders committee ( my mentor and a father to the council) Mr. Joseph Edegbo, my friend Mr. John Fwah. Mr. Nathaniel we thanked you all for your support.
We also appreciate all the chapels Chairmen and their Secretaries under their leader (Chairman Correspondent chapel Sir, Midat Joseph Kakuri.
We also gave kudus to the Bureau Chief of Blueprint Newspapers AbdurRaheem Audu (Zonal Secretary SWAN) and his Cameraman Mallam Tunde Garba for been the best newspaper of 2018 for covering NUJ activities.
Same goes to Jacob Dickson, NUJ Kaduna best online editor of 2018.
Mr. Nathaniel got the best NUJ online photographer of 2018.
The funder of African Prime News Iliya Kure mun gode for all ur support to our members.
Lastly, we also appreciate all our online journalists in Kaduna and we are proud of you.
Our very hardworking Hamisu of NUJ is currently at Yusuf Dantsoho hospital and prayed to Allah to give him sound health.
May God also heal our colleague Tega.
On behalf of my executive i want to reaffirm my commitment to serve you with dedication and to take our union to a greater position in this 2019 So help us God.
