The annual flagship event will be hosted at the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts, formerly the National Theatre, located in Iganmu, Lagos.

This marks the fourth occasion Nigeria’s commercial capital will host the continental football awards, having previously staged the event in 2008, 2013, and 2014.

The ceremony gathers prominent figures, administrators, and stars across African football to honor the continent’s top-performing players, coaches, and administrators.

Additionally, CAF confirmed that Nigeria will host its Ordinary General Assembly on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The administrative meeting is scheduled to hold at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre (BTICC) in Abuja.
