Nigerian music power couple Simi and Adekunle Gold have officially announced the arrival of their second child. Simi shared the news via a viral Instagram post on Wednesday evening, ending months of intense public speculation.

Accompanying the announcement with stunning maternity photos, the “Duduke” crooner revealed that the baby was actually born on March 10, 2026.
The announcement served as a definitive debunking of viral reports from earlier this year. In January, rumors circulated across social media claiming the singer had welcomed a set of twins.
In keeping with their history of private family milestones, the couple has chosen not to disclose the baby’s name or gender at this time.
