Speaking during a recent interview the movie star clarified that there was never a conflict between them, asserting that the public has spent years unfairly pitching the two icons against each other.
Omotola explained that while they are respected colleagues, the expectation for them to be “best friends” is unrealistic and unnecessary for a professional relationship. By addressing the assertion directly, she aimed to shift the focus from a perceived rivalry to the reality of their mutual respect, urging fans to stop creating division where none exists.
