Hon. Bello Isah Ambarura( APC-Ilela LG) and House Leader , Sokoto State House of Assembly, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari needs to be lauded for taking his time and choosing the right caliber of Nigerians of proven integrity, as the members a of his new Cabinet.
The Sokoto state Assembly lawmaker also noted that the choice Alhaji Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi and other credible and eminent Nigerians as as Ministerial nominees by the President has raised the hopes of Nigerians towards the Next Level journey for national development and prosperity.
” We commended President Buhari for the wise and diligent choice of the former Secretary to the Sokoto State Government , Dingyadi andother nominees.”
Ambarura, made the remarks on Sunday , whike speaking to reporters on some local and national issues.
The House Leader said that , with Dingyadi, as a Ministerial nominee, Sokoto State has gotten the right choice , saying , ” the Katukan Sokoto deserves the appointment .
” Katuka and all the other nominees have previous beautiful track records of diligent , patriotic and selfless services to the nation.
” They are veteran technocrats and professionals , who were tested and trusted. They are all men and women of mission and vision .”
The lawmaker further said that APC members of the State House of Assembly would synergize with their leaders , the members of the National Assembly, led by the Party’s Leader in the State , Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, to attract more federal presence as well as employment generation for the unemployed youths from the State .
Ambarura also expressed optimism that , the APC led by President Muhammadu Buhari and its leader in the state, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, would leave no stone unturned to develop the State and Nigeria, in general .
According to him, Sokoto State was lucky to have all the three indefatigable Senators and majority of the Representatives from the APC, whose main focus is ensuring even national development, as well as sustainable peace ,unity and socioeconomic prosperity of Nigeria.
According to him, the Party will utilize its minority in the State House of Assembly and at the National Assembly, to take the State, as well as Nigeria to the NEXT LEVEL.
Ambarura said,” APC at the national level has good plans to consolidate on its gains from 2015 to date , while it will strive to transform Sokoto State, to take it out of the woods .
” We will provide credible and adequate representation to the people of the state , and the state is now entirely our constituency.
” As APC members , blessed with the majority at the assembly, we will not waiver in jointly working with our colleagues from the other parties, the Executive and Judiciary Arms , to ensure the even development of the State .
” We will not however be a party to collaborating or conniving with anybody , any party or group , to jeopardize the progress of the state , or the achievement of the egocentric interests of an individual or group.
