The acting Governor of Taraba State, Hon Haruna Manu on Friday took the Senate Committee on Works round the state to see some federal government projects executed by the state.

Cost of such projects rehabilitated, estimated to run into billions of Naira courtesy of the Taraba State Government, included Garba/Chedi road.
The Senate Committee on Works which on Friday continued its zonal overnights functions in the North East, toured projects in Taraba state.
The committee which arrived at the Jalingo Airport at exact 1pm proceeded straight to the Jalingo Central Mosque to seek spiritual guidance on its visits.
Chairman of the committee, Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya was joined by other members like Senator Mustapha Sani (Niger South), and Senator Ibrahim Abdullahi Danbaba (Sokoto South), who were ushered to Raka’at prayers by the Taraba state Deputy Governor, Hon Haruna Manu.
