…CONTESTING A FLAWED ELECTION IN COURT IS GREAT SERVICE TO DEMOCRACY.

The deluge of hypocritical writings on the outcome of the 2019 Presidential and National Assembly elections will continue to amaze frank observers of our democratic voyage, and sincere Patriots will wonder what else will deepen and toughen the fibres of our democracy, than a boisterous and elaborate challenge of the largely flawed February 23rd, 2019 Presidential elections, in the Court of Law.

In my ELECTION DAY analysis, see attached link.. https://youtu.be/eP7kkp8hoZA. Election Day 23/02/2019 on ARISE TV.. I advised INEC to play by the rules because not only is the world watching, but that a highly progressive world with razor sharp premium time technology will not only document electoral malfeasance, but collate both data and results, and that should the elections be flawed, the lead opposition will definitely not turn a blind eye to it. Alas, that is where we are.

The National Peace Council led by former Head of State Abdusalam Abubakar appeared a bit hasty when they tried to get Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to ‘in the name of peace’ accept the results. Peace, true peace is the presence of justice, not the absence of conflict. To ask someone, and indeed a Party with overwhelming facts and figures showing that an election was rigged to congratulate the ‘rigger’ will work great injustice, and perhaps grow and embolden future election riggers.

Seeing the World Press Conference at the Shehu Yar’Adua Centre on the 28/02/2019 where the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar rejected the 23rd February Presidential election results, and opted to approach the Courts to reclaim the mandate freely given to him by the Nigerian Masses but stolen by the APC in cahoots with INEC. I expect every democrat notwithstanding our partisan differences to side with the Waziri Adamawa.

Reading that over the weekend, the Legal Team that not only will seek to deepen our legal cum electoral jurisprudence, but reclaim the mandate stolen from Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has been assembled with Livy Uzoukwu SAN, as head of the Team, gives cheering news that sooner rather than later, election rigging and riggers will close shop in Nigeria. You may see the link…Atiku Assembles Legal Team To Contest Election Result – https://aledeh.com/atiku-assembles-legal-team-to-contest-election-result/ . Let the legal fireworks begin, for in the very end the tree of democracy will be better watered.

To attempt to intimidate, harass and harangue the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization, the PDP and indeed Atiku Abubakar to accept a flawed election, and congratulate the President-Select will obviously not happen. Even if the Buhari Government decides to arrest everyone directly involved with the PDP/Atiku Abubakar Campaign, we are determined, resolute and committed to the case before us. Our determination and commitment is unyielding and unalterable.

We are aware that the EFCC has proceeded to arrest the Director of Finance of the Group of Companies owned by Atiku Abubakar, they seek to deflate the resolve of the Trojan, but they will fail. You may read up the story, ‘EFCC Arrests Atiku’s Director Of Finance – https://aledeh.com/efcc-arrests-atikus-director-of-finance/ , and also ‘EFCC arrests Atiku’s son-in-law’
http://news360.info/2019/03/02/efcc-arrests-atikus-son-in-law/ …And you may wonder why a government that turns a blind eye to the Bullion Vans loaded with local and foreign currencies that entered into the premises of the Leader of the APC Asiwaju Bola Tinubu two days to the Presidential election, would arrest the Son-in-law of Atiku Abubakar. This government is desperate to cow the opposition into accepting the massively rigged February 23rd Presidential election, but it shall fail because our resolve is ageless.

Someone must tell this EFCC that failed to investigate the monies laundered two days before the election via the Bullion Vans spotted at the Bourdillon Avenue residence of the Tinubus, and the same EFCC that shamelessly admitted that ‘a don’t investigate’ order was given regarding funds deployed to Kwara for the 23rd February elections. Please see attached link, ‘EFCC reportedly stopped from probing plane loaded with cash on election eve’
http://news360.info/2019/03/02/efcc-reportedly-stopped-from-probing-plane-loaded-with-cash-on-election-eve/ , please tell them that we are not cowards. Compatriots, now is the time to side with truth and fight together to defend our democracy. It is no longer about the PDP or simply about Atiku Abubakar, but about NIGERIA, about our democracy, about the future of our children, and about due process.

In peddling rumours about a certain 6 point demand made by Atiku Abubakar to the National Peace Council, chief of which was the call for the withdrawal of the Army from the conduct of subsequent polls, those who can no longer sleep after stealing the mandate freely given to Atiku Abubakar, are up again deploying men and women of the Armed Forces for another show of shame in the forthcoming March 9, Gubernatorial and State Assembly elections. Please read, ‘Elections: Army Embarks On Show Of Force In Akwa Ibom- https://aledeh.com/elections-army-embarks-on-show-of-force-in-akwa-ibom/ , need I say that it is on record that the States of Lagos, Delta, Rivers, Kaduna, Gombe, Akwa-Ibom, Benue, Plateau, Oyo, Ogun, Imo, Abia, Kwara, Bayelsa, Sokoto amongst others, are target theatres for militarized cum rigged elections, as was the case on the 23rd of February, 2019. Remain vigilant, for eternal vigilance is the price of freedom.

Countrymen and women, do not buy into the deceit of those calling out for Atiku Abubakar to concede defeat, to do so is to embolden future election riggers, and he won’t. We must therefore congregate at the Podium of patriotism and aggregate at the common parlour of truth as we repudiate the parlous electoral malfeasance and rigging that the APC very badly seek to validate. They shall fail, and they will fail, for in the very end LIGHT WILL OVERCOME DARKNESS.

GOD BLESS NIGERIA.
