The Kaduna state ministry of housing and urban development has unveiled its local organising commitee ahead of the Kaduna international housing exhibition 1.0.
The inauguration tagged “Kaduna sustainable housing development” held on the 13th of June 2024 in the ministry Kaduna.

The Kaduna international housing exhibition is the first of its kind in the state and it is scheduled to hold on the 1st to 3rd of July 2024.
According to the director of event, Joshua James the aim of the exhibition is to promote housing policies in the state, showcase what the state has done, upgrade infastructure in the state and improve foreign social housing.
The meeting had in attendance relevant stakeholders from various agency, including the permanent Secretary of the ministry of housing and urban development, Dr. Haliru Musa Subo.

On his part, Dr Subo disclosed that the ministry is planning to determine the actual housing deficiency in the state to make a proper plan on housing.
He also revealed that two set of housing would be made available; mass housing and social housing which all citizens will be entitled to them adding that with the reform citizens will not wait beyound 48 hours to secure a land.
