Gap analysis to identify gaps and positioning of training programmes along closing the gaps have been suggested as the way to increase local content in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria.
This suggestion was made by Malam Abdulmalik Halilu, the General Manager, Research, Statistics and Development of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) at a capacity building workshop for media stakeholders in Kano this Thursday.
Responding to the questions of local content and level of success Abdulmalik Halilu said.
